New sessions start every six weeks. If you are interested in attending CVVL Full Time, follow these steps:
1. If you are currently enrolled at a CVSD high school, talk with your school counselor to initiate the transfer process.
2. Contact the CVVL Main Office at 509-558-6550 and complete the Registration Application to begin the enrollment process at CVVL.
3. Frequently check your @cvsd356.org email for information and instructions about Full-Time CVVL.
WHAT IS FULL TIME CVVL?
- Full Time CVVL is a fully virtual high school.
- Students attending CVVL take all of their courses online through CVVL.
- Full-time CVVL students are expected to complete two-courses every six week session. There are three sessions per semester.
- Full-time CVVL provides instructor-led online courses to students in grades 9-12.
- Students are provided an interactive learning experience with courses designed in Google Classroom and APEX Learning.
- Each course completed with a "D" or better earns the student .5 credit toward graduation.
- Students may participate at our daily in-person study sessions in-person or via Zoom.
- Student support is also available by phone, email, or Remind Safe-text.
- All students receive mentoring to help them monitor their progress toward success in CVVL courses.
- CVVL Courses are NCAA approved.
- Students who do not name "Satisfactory" progress each month (i.e., making 2-way weekly contact with their teachers and completing 2-courses every 6-weeks) will be placed on a Student Success Plan that will include required in-person contact time at CVVL each week.
